Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Atozlearn Edutech Private Limited (ixamBee.com) in its INR 11 crore Pre-Series A fundraise led by S Chand And Company Limited (S Chand) and Mukesh Sharma Family Trust, including an infusion from existing investor Inflection Point Ventures. The funding round also consisted of a secondary transaction of INR 3 crore.
