The committee was set up to look into the worrying trend of Indian start-ups ‘externalizing’ or ‘flipping’ to overseas jurisdiction and suggest measures to reverse the situation via making IFSC as the first destination of choice for such Indian start-ups to set up their domicile / holding company.
