NCLAT upholds penalty for Google

Partner, G R Bhatia shares with Financial Express (India) his expert views as The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) upheld the INR 1,338-crore penalty imposed by the Competition Commission Of India (CCI) on Google.

NCLAT in its order further provided substantial relief to the tech giant by way of modifying four key clauses of the antitrust regulator’s order.
